A former primary school teacher with 23 years of teaching, administrative and IT experience, Ian taught in a variety of schools ranging from government primary schools to independent P-12 schools. As a Director since inception, Ian has been a driving force behind the exceptional growth and development of Resource Ed Personnel as we know it today. He continues to develop partnerships throughout the education industry which bring benefits to schools and teachers on a local and international scale.
Peter joined Resource Ed Personnel in 1999 following 30 years of commercial banking with both the State and Commonwealth banks. His approachable and knowledgeable manner has allowed schools, teachers and the company itself to benefit from his insights. As Finance Director Peter continues to offer valued liaison, advice and assistance at all levels of the company's operations.
Professional Learning Director
Following ten years of principalship in Melbourne and as a founding Director, Daryl offers Resource Ed Personnel a wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding in all facets of school leadership, HR, relief teacher management and teacher education. He has taught in Victorian country and metropolitan settings, in the UK and as an International Teaching Fellow in USA and has introduced initiatives to the Teacher Quality, Performance Management and Teacher Feedback areas for agency-employed teachers. Daryl is the owner and Executive Trainer of inThync that specialises in professional training, whole brain thinking and learning, and the implementation of Critical and Creative Thinking in the Australian Curriculum. Daryl is also the current Vice President of the Teacher Agency Network of Victoria, the industry-recognised professional association of teacher agency owners and operators.
HR and Office Administration
Dianne has brought to Resource Ed Personnel a diverse array of administrative, financial and Human Resources experience and skills. Her diligent and caring manner permits her to deal with all day to day HR functions of the company in a friendly, knowledgeable and thorough way. As our first administrative point of contact, Dianne embodies the desire of Resource Ed Personnel to see each of its teachers gain ample access and opportunity to progress towards realising their individual professional ambitions.
Our Area Managers
Area Managers are our first point of personal contact between our client schools and teachers. They provide a fast and friendly business and after hours service to our client schools. Their extensive knowledge of the teachers available to them, their understanding of the array of expectations of their local schools enables them to optimise teacher placements according to suitability.

Since joining Resource Ed Personnel as Eastern Area Manager in 2012, Jenni quickly built and nurtured highly effective relationships throughout her region gathered from her extensive experience in Media Marketing and Communications, Public Relations, professional copywriting for educational institutions and customer service. Jenni has been appointed Area Manager to our Southern Eastern Metropolitan area, where she will continue with her friendly and efficient help, to all our client schools and teachers in her new area.
