We deduct a set amount from your pay each fortnight prior to tax. This way we are reducing your taxable income and giving you more money in your hand. At the end of the financial year you cannot claim the dollars we have deducted as this form of salary deduction is from your pre tax salary and not your nett salary.

Teaching is no different to any other profession, the better you are, the greater the recognition you will receive and work offers will come. In most cases, we will book you for a minimum of 3 days to ascertain your suitability to teach. During those periods we will assess your performances via Performance Management Reports. The best periods of work for CRTs are between March through to December.
