| How Good is Feedback?! |

|
| 17/12/2009 |
| We now have a REdP Teacher Performance Feedback Form that creates opportunity for you to seek feedback directly from your schools before you leave each day. You are encouraged upon arrival to provide each school visited with the "Feedback" template and request that it be completed in just seconds at the end of the day by an authorised school representative and faxed back to our Schools Director for Performance Management purposes. You may then retain the report for your own portfolio data purposes. Teachers tell us that the best thing about the Feedback Form is that it is a powerful tool to initiate what will likely be the most important professional conversation in their day! |
