| How Good is Feedback?! |

| Download your REdP Teacher Performance Feedback Form to create opportunities for you to provide and seek feedback directly from your schools before you leave each day. You are encouraged upon arrival to provide each school visited with the "Feedback" template and request a 5 minute appointment for the end of day when it can be completed by an authorised school representative and faxed to our Head Office. The form can then be retained for your own portfolio data purposes. Teachers tell us that the best thing about the Performance Feedback Form is that it is a powerful tool to initiate what can be the most important and valuable professional conversation in their day! |
